The Kwikee 32 Series Electric Step Assembly (part #LC372261) takes care of climbing in and out without the hassle of manual folding. The 12V motor and control unit automatically extend the 24" wide by 11-1/8" deep steps when the door opens and retract them when the door closes. A built-in override switch lets you lock the steps in place when parked. The amber incandescent light (C193 bulb) comes on when the steps deploy, so you can see them clearly at night.
Each sturdy step has a non-slip surface and reflective strips that help you keep your footing, even in low light. The integrated safety system is designed to retract the steps if they strike an obstacle during extension, protecting the mechanism from damage. The ignition override automatically pulls the steps in when the engine starts—so you never drive off with them extended.
These steps are made from powder-coated steel with solid steel drive rods and stainless steel bushings for long-term strength. Weather-resistant wiring and air-pressed rivets at the pivot points keep everything moving smoothly through years of use. With a 300 lb capacity, they stay solid under load with no flex or creaks like older OEM units.
This complete kit includes the motor, control unit, switch kit, and light—everything needed to operate out of the box. The mounting plate measures 23-3/4" wide x 11-3/8" deep with a 22" x 8" bolt pattern and overall width of 25-1/2". Extended height is 14-1/8", folded height 7-3/4", and drop/rise is 8". The included 4-way plug connects to your existing harness or the supplied pigtail for a direct replacement that bolts in and works just like the original.

The RV is the only thing that makes this not fun to install. Used a floor jack and some blocks of wood and it was easy installation day. Hooked up and grounded it worked as advertised. For me no electrical work or monkeying with the switches in the door. I removed the mag switch last year due to inadvertent extensions while driving and installed an up/down switch at the entry way.
I was not home when it was delivered. The package was quite damaged and soaked from the rain when it was delivered. I removed it from the package and it doesn’t appear to be damaged but I will find out when I install it. I believe I have all of the items that were supposed to come with it.
Replaced an old Coach Step unit with a new Kwikee. Bolted right in and wired right up to the old harness. The only thing I had to do was change out the magnetic switch, because mine made the steps close when they should open. No big deal, and the magnetic switch came with the unit. Nice solid construction!!! Thanks Lippert Kwikee!!!

2004 Fleetwood Flair Class A RV. My original RV steps (Kwikee 903206001) broke. I reached out to eTrailer and Anna recommended a direct replacement part # LC379145. This included all parts: steps, motor, gear, light. It bolted right up and all the control wiring plugged right into the original harness. I am very please with the new steps and eTrailer staff.
Perfect fit
My steps started to work intermittently and they were rusty. So I Bought the 32 series steps for a replacement on my 1999' Winnebago Vectra Grand Tour. Bolted right up,plugged in the wire harness,and the steps started working perfectly! (Even with the old magnetic door switch!). I also added a large mud flap to keep road grime off the steps! Highly recommend etrailer. Very good price and "FAST" shipping too!

1999 ULTIMATE FREEDOM 40' MOTOR HOME ( WINNEBAGO)
My coach had the single step 28 series, I order the 32 series two step. My coach always seamed like it needed another step. Very difficult when the airbags are in the normal or driving mode for my wife to get in and out of the coach. So I ordered the double step and I installed it today. The 28 series as a 22 inch by 6 1/2 inch bolt pattern the 32 series as a 22 inch by 8 inch bolt pattern. In which I knew when I order it. But when it got here the 32 series as bolt pattern for both 8 inch and 6 1/2 so I installed it set back about 2 inches to far back. So I drilled a 8 inch bolt pattern on my coach (very simply modification). After the slight modification to my coach it was a perfect fit. The bottom step is 8 inches off the ground, when the bags are fully deflated the bottom step is clearing the ground by about 1 inch. The single step 80 percent of the time was always to high. So I carried a portable step made for RV's. I will very seldom have to use it now. On the rare occasion if the step hits the ground on a steep incline then I may leave the steps in the close position and use the portable step. I love my new steps! Very solid! I had to rebuild my entry step in my motorhome due to water damage. This actually made it easier to install bolt hole locations that lined up with the new step. The steps are very heavy but I used a short piece of wood and a pump up jack until I could align the bolt holes and insert 2 bolts/nuts to hold in place then removed the jack and lined up the other 2 locations. I'm a 65 year old woman and completed this project from start to finish 100% by myself. Was it easy? No, but obviously possible with enough ingenuity and patience. I also added steel angles to support the steps instead of just plywood that was originally in the coach. These are heavy duty steps, they don't flex under use and I wanted them to last which is why I reinforced the support system.
etrailer, as always, has performed excellently. I had some issues with the steps but it turned out to have nothing to do with etrailer. The on-off step switch is reversed, it something I can live with. I have a 2003 Mini Winnebago and this was the only Kwikee step made and available for my RV. I know because I called the company.

The motorized steps were a perfect fit in my 1997 motor home. Wiring had been torn up on the old steps making it difficult to figure out the right connections to attach. The etrailer associates were very helpful in getting the right person to help me figure out what the previous owner had done to the wiring. I have recommended etrailer to other people because of the quality of the product and excellent help they were during the installation of the steps.

It is still working great even after many miles and lots of use.
The RV steps were a direct replacement for my 1999 Fleetwood Bounder. They fit perfectly, and I couldn't be happier. The packaging could have been better: the box was torn up, there was no padding around the steps, and they were scratched, but did not affect their function.
This item was a direct replacement for the original steps that came with our 2014, American Coach Revolution 42G. Everything worked flawlessly.
Direct replacement for an old Kwikee P/N 903209100 on a 2009 Winnebago Journey. I did not have change out the magnetic door switch or the cut out switch, so now have spares. Easy install, did it myself. A second set of hands would help, but not necessary.

Five stars for Jerry B. He was very helpful throughout the entire process including after the steps arrived...explained how to verify the steps would fit or were the correct product. Explained the return process.This maybe what all associates are supposed to do, but Jerry B. did an excellent job, better than anyone I've talked to in a very, very long time. The steps were missing a sensor called direct line and within minutes he returned my call..handled the missing parts without a hassles. Took my order over tele so I would not have to go back to the computer to complete the order...in the past most people tell me to go back and complete on line as it is faster? His demeanor, and communication style are extremely customer orientated...Do not let him go...
Overall it went well, the steps were exactly what I had on my 2001 motorhome and was a simple order and install. The only negative was the packaging was ripped open on both sides, I understand the steps are heavy and awkward for the delivery driver but most of the time I order something heavy I get a box inside another box and that was not the case and the metal steps just cut through the box and only got a small scratch. Otherwise it would be a 5 star review.

These electric steps mounted so easy to my 2011 Damon Challenger 368 and connected to my wire harness without any issue. I did have to replace the door switch and magnet which came with the assembly.
Overall a very good experience! The electric steps have several holes and fit our 2004 Newmar Essex -fairly easy install (steps are heavy). Once order was placed item was shipped and received within four days. Thank you etrailer we were able to get back up and running very quickly!
Easy install and work perfectly. Multiple mounting holes made the steps very easy to line up with the coach. Perfect replacement for old, bent steps with burnt out controller and motor.
